What happens after final payment?

We have a package (Splash, Stay, & Play) booked for this coming October. We made the final payment and are wondering what happens next. This is our first time at Universal; we're used to getting Magic Bands from WDW which creates lots of excitement and anticipation. We are hoping for something we can share with the kids since they don't know yet....

Will Universal send travel info via either email or snail mail? Will we get our Explorer tickets in the mail?

Policy changes at times so do not know if this info is current

Used to be you receive the info when you check in at the hotel
Tickets would be in that packet
Anything you added on also given to you then
ie: BMG tix. Etc

I don't think anything happens. All your info is in your email. You will take that info to a kiosk and your tickets will all be printed out...I think.

We received an email from Universal with all the important information listed like where to pick up the shuttle voucher and shuttle at the airport if you chose that transportation; confirmation on our package including what kind of room we booked and the dates; confirmation on the extras like early entry; how and where to pick up your tickets such as at the will call kiosks or at the ticket center in your onsite hotel. I printed this out to take with me.

I just made my final payment too. I got an email right after with the subject line E-Travel Documents, it basically confirmed my reservation and told me where to pick up my park tickets. I'll print it out and take it with me in case there are any issues at check in. Other than that, I think that's it.

What are your travel dates? We are about 40 days out and the only email I have gotten is confirmation of the final payment; very generic and no info on park tickets.
