What happened to the photopass group deals?

I remember last time I went to disney there were photopass group deals constantly going on. 5 -10 ppl would get in on the photopass and that made it insanely cheap to get the photopass. I think I ended up paying like $15 bucks for my portion. Are they not allowed anymore? I mean even with 2 or 3 ppl it would be a huge savings!
