What happened to the American Club in Kohler, WI?

One hour away from me! That's how far the drive to Kohler from Milwaukee (Franklin, actually) was. I know it is no longer in the Concierge Collection and I was wondering if anyone knew any more about what happened.

Maybe someone knows how the decisions are made?

I don't know, but the 5-star Broadmoor Resort in my hometown is also gone from the Concierge Collection.

It could be most anything. Perhaps they couldn't reach agreement on price, perhaps the resorts thought that they would see more business from DVCers than they received. Perhaps DVC had no requests for trades into those resorts and figured "Why bother to offer them?"
