what happened to the 2 year old that was missing?

I read a post yesterday about a woman's neighbor who's 2 year old had been missing for 2 hours. I can't seem to find it now and am wondering what happened to the child.

they found him.

I think he and the older brother wandered off on one of those electric powered cars.
