What happened to Dollar's Rates?

Does anyone know what happened all of a sudden with Dollar's rates? A couple of weeks ago I checked out Dollar's site with the OCVB rate code and received a price of $170 less than what I'm getting now for a minivan.

This is going to kill me if I could have had this van 2 weeks ago for alot less.

I rechecked my rate I already have ressies for and it also went up hugh I checked my rate codes and it didn't matter still high.I'm sooooo glad I have my Ressie in hand for the cheaper rate.
