the Wave Riders in DCA? I have not seen them for quite some time. Have they been X'd? I hope they weren't replaced by HSM!

Does anyone know if they are still there or will they be back in the summer?

They are still around. They come out around lunch time... They start by the tortilla place and go to the fountain in front. We love them...
