So many. Definitely the fettuccine alfredo from Alfredo's. Lunch menus in general (vs. all day menus): burger at Brown Derby, croque monsieur at Chefs de France. Brunch at California Grill and specifically a fried chicken and waffle dish. Flying Fish had an appetizer with ahi tuna and compressed watermelon that I still think about. Brown Derby used to do a seasonal soup with Zellwood corn that I don't think I've seen recently - I used to make a trip just to have that. I always love meals at Jiko and appreciate that they change things up seasonally, but they had a vulcan-spiced fish dish that I keep hoping to see return.
