What food(s) No longer made or served do you miss at WDW.

Also thinking of desserts: the original peanut butter brownie at Mara (not the Mickey shaped one) 2013:

And the haunted mansion portrait desserts esp the peanut butter version during MNSSHP (2017)

Never got to try the poison apple cupcake (2020) at MNSSHP either (Main Street bakery closed early and it wasn’t on the menu the next time we went).

There's a lot I miss. Here's a couple of others...
HBD SHRIMP WITH GRITS2.jpg
I adore halibut! It has now become hard to find at WDW. The photos below are 2 versions of halibut that I could order from Narcoossee's. Both were delicious!

Spice Road Table had this spiced chicken that I loved. We got it for the first time last year, but it was gone when we went this year.

Maple Barbecue Filet which was available at Le Cellier Steakhouse, Epcot.

I love Shrimp and Grits! I didn't know that anywhere at WDW ever sold them. Not surprisingly, I thought of some others. When PORiverside served breakfast, they had sweet potato pancakes that I loved. And when it first opened, Beach Club Marketplace had yummy gelato.

Recently as 2021 was the lemon dole whip Snow White cone they sold at Storybook Treats. It was soooo refreshing on a hot day and dairy free which was great for me!

I also miss when Be Our Guest served lunch, great sandwiches!

The Peter Pan float at Storybook Treats too!

The chocolate peanut butter souffle that they used to have (like 25 years ago) at California Grill.

It's hard to find any restaurant that does souffles anymore, since they're so hard to make and very labor intensive.
They had a souffle oven. The Blueberry one was amazing CG also used change the menu monthly.

Yessssssss to the lemon Dole Whip. This was one of my favorite treats! Especially on a hot day. I’m making do with the strawberry Dole Whip from Sunshine Tree Terrace nowadays. It’s good too but the lemon was just perfection.

I am certainly glad that I’m reading this thread after enjoying a very tasty dinner. If I were hungry now, I’d be in bad shape. So many yummy memories!

I was on a solo visit and went to California Grill for dinner. The chef was testing several items with the diners at the bar, and I tried a bison sirloin. Never before or since have I had a steak which literally melted in my mouth. It was one of the best meals of my life.

I can say a real throwback one.

Epcot, maybe 1982 or 1983, restaurant in France (think same?). I was maybe 9 or 10 and my dad ordered me veal medallions. I loved it.

No clue why this is ingrained in my memory, but it's clear as day! ♥️

All you can eat crab legs at Cape May (My plates were usually just crab legs, mussels, salmon, desserts.)
DH really misses the lunch sandwiches at BoG, and just having the lunch option instead of what it is now.
We both actually miss the Akershus buffet, DH more than I do. He loved all the weird fish, we both liked the salads, and the weird brown cheese.
DH was really disappointed w the beef bowl at Satuli, and does not like the new pot roast meat. I usually get the chicken, so still love it.
will have to think of what else we miss, mostly we've replaced a lot of places/meals w festival offerings at Epcot, and for me, Ronto wraps. Please don't ever mess with those!!!
