That's me as well. I usually, shall we say, "relax" my diet on vacation - so when I come home, I have the urge to eat really healthy to assuage the guilt.
I don't usually crave it BUT each visit to wdw I buy a Mickey rice crispy treat
That I pick at, at home. Funny thing is it's not something I eat at any other time .. but became like a ritual n I feel like I can't stop now lol
After eating out all those meals.. I want to drown myself in water upon our return ... to get all the Salt out. Just Too much salt in food these days!
I've just been on a 6 month trip east (working + now on a 3 week roadtrip home to Oregon from nyc). The answer is: Dungenous crab, salad, and sour dough bread with butter. With wine. We are picking up a coolerful to serve up when we get home.
I'm the opposite after returning from at trip there is usually some new food I had tried on my trip that I wish I could have again. My trip to the UK, I had THE BEST YORKSHIRE PUDDING EVER while in York and when at Disney I had Pooh's french toast at Crystal palace! YUM!!!

Pizza, salad, garlic bread
After Disney I am happy to have all my meals on real plates and a real coffee mug. I get so tired of paper, and we do at least one TS per day.
I would have said pizza but I always manage to find good pizza on my trips. Hell, I even managed to find a delicious pizza on a recent trip to Tanzania, Africa.
