What Fastpass+ attractions should I select at Epcot with a 7 year old?

I was thinking TT or Soarin with preference on Soarin. Only because its harder to get to then TT. We can easily run to TT as oppose to Soarin.

and Turtle talk/Nemo

I hate these Tiers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Soarin for sure.

If I remember right,we also fastpassed the Character Spot meet and greet and it saved a lot of time.

Is it your 7 year olds first trip or have they been on Test Track before? Do you have 2 adults that will ride? 7 is old enough for the single rider line. I would FP Soarin, and then we would single rider TT. DD wanted a 2nd ride on TT on her 7 year old trip last October. We had FP+, but it was before the tiers, so luckily we did FP+ both. Couldn't get a regular FP for TT to get a 2nd ride in because they were gone quickly in the morning, and we didn't know she would really want to ride it again (she hasn't been thrilled with it in the past and has grudgingly rode it with DH and I). We put DH in front of her and me behind her in the single rider line. That way, DH would be waiting for her at the end, and I would be with her until she got on the ride. I wouldn't do that with a 1st time rider that age, but with one that has been on the ride before that wanted to do it and didn't mind riding without Mom or Dad right beside them I was okay with it. Actually she and I were lucky enough to wind up together on a row, just happened to be the way it worked out. I was hoping maybe DH or I would get in the same car as her, as we have had that happen lots of time on single rider at TT, but I wasn't expecting to actually be able to sit next to her.

Agree with ktlm. Soarin definitely should be top priority. TT can be single rider. Mission Space is a huge hit for my 7yo boy. He's only done green so far though.

Last year my DD was 7 and must have gone on Mission Space 10 times. That was the one ride that took me by surprise- we ended up changing our plans and added a day at Epcot. She also loved the Agent P challenge in World Showcase.

These tiers are awful. I just booked fast passes for Nemo and Crush. I really need to change it, my DD has been about 10 times and never once waited for Nemo in her life.

I would say Character Spot, but that is in tier one as well :(

Definitely Soarin.

I guess Turtle Talk and then Nemo out of lack of anything else to pick.

Maybe Mission Space if you think your child would like that.

My 7 year old picked TT, Mission Space and Living with the land. He hates characters.

We were lucky and there was approximately 24 hour glitch with MDE where you could make changes to get more than one tier one. So we ended up with TT, MS, and Soarin. Perfect morning. If only they would do away with the tiers. I'd like more Fps in general and no tiering. But honestly, if I had to pick only one I'd take no tiering over additional selections. I'd rather secure all our headliners and go from there.

I would pick Soarin' and do TT as standby, that is what we are going to do. Someone said that the standby line for TT has stuff to look at and do versus Soarin.

For real? Character Spot and Soarin can't be FP+ on the same day? Dang, I thought it was just between Soarin and TT. We were there this past Sept before the tiering, so I didn't realize the character sport was tiered too.

Boo!

My 5 year old was fine with Soaring and Test Track, both of which are probably the biggest lines at that park.

Soaring is actually tame, but if your kiddo would have a big problem being lifted 20-30 ft off the ground (abeit while largely stationary, any "movement" on this is simulated other than some gentle sway, and some wind effects ).

Test Track goes go around 60 mph at the end, but its not rough at all- basically just a smooth car ride- no worse than riding in a convertible on a highway. There are some startling loud parts though that will be alarming if the kiddo is sound sensitive- (mine is, but overall he enjoyed the ride)

It definitely depends on the thrill preferences for your child.
I had no idea that Character Spot was in tier 1, as well....what are the current tiers for Epcot?
