What EP restaurants can I watch illuminations from?

I have a Rose & Crown 7:50 dinner planned for my EP day. What are some other restaurants around the World Showcase where you can watch the fireworks?

R&C is the only restaurant that has a viewing area for their guests who are not seated at the patio tables with a view. Beyond that La Hacienda has some tables with a good view, many with a fair to poor view and some with no view at all. Likewise Spice Road Table has some tables with a view, but others are partially obstructed by the island in Showcase Lagoon. Monsieur Paul, Tokyo Dining and Nine Dragons have a few tables with a view, but the majority of tables in the restaurants do not.

At all of the restaurants there is no guarantee that you'll get a table with a good view. You can request it when you check in, but so many make the same request there's no way a restaurant can make everyone happy.
