I apologize if this is on the wrong forum. Please feel free to move it if it doesn't belong here!

26 days until we check into the Poly :yay:! So far we have rented the van we will use to drive to Florida, made ADRs and Fastpasses (and then adjusted them when hours were changed for October!), booked Oasis patios for one full and one half day, ordered surprise cupcakes to be delivered for my family, rented a double stroller, made touring plans, looked at menus (cannot wait to try a Lapu Lapu and the Twilight Feast at the Poly!), bought arrival day outfits, purchased surprise gifts for each of my daughters that Mickey will leave in the room, did online check in and set up the room request through Touring Plans....now I am trying to figure out what I still need to plan/purchase/figure out. Any suggestions? I know I will be bringing groceries for the room that I still need to purchase and I want to buy some glow sticks and ponchos, but any other suggestions are more than welcome! (We are also in the process of moving so my brain is stretched to capacity :sad2:). Thanks for your help!

Since you seem to be a super-planner like me, here’s a few things from my list for upcoming trip:
  • Purchase pearl-cage necklaces from amazon for Epcot pearls (I have 3 daughters)
  • Reserve Epcot “behind the seeds” tour
  • Get some disney gift cards for kids to use for souvenirs (I like letting them track and plan for themselves)
  • Kids club reservation for parent’s dinner out (I have built-in babysitters now, but this was great for us in years past)

I have three daughters as well and I have purchased us all cages! Pick a pearl is one of the things we are MOST looking forward to!

For your rented stroller, I suggest a colorful scarf or ribbon to tie to the handle. You'll be happy to have it when searching for your rental in the masses! And change (2 quarters per 1 penny) for the penny presses. My girls love them! We decorate M&M tubes for them to store their change in.
