What else can I take my parents too besides Kennedy Space Center?

I'm taking my parents to the Kennedy Space Center in November and they talked about hanging out in Orlando some, but I don't want to use a day of our passes in Disney World because we want to save them for Christmas. Is Gator Land really terrible? Is there anything else that's very Florida? I don't think they'd really enjoy going to the beach. I know it's way down, but we'll be driving that way, but what do you think about Butterfly World? Any other ideas? (They're 60yrs old. My dad is fairly adventurous, my mom-less). Thanks for ideas! :thumbsup2 Maybe we could do Sea World. Do we need two days for that?

If they like dinner shows, there's always Arabian Nights (a spin on Medieval Times). From what I remember, the food was decent, but the show was great! Of course, I like horses...
There's also Universal/Islands of Adventure, Sea World and Church Street Station.
You may want to check out the Orlando tourist bureau for ideas of lesser known attractions in the area that might be interesting.
Good Luck!
