what else can i add to my workout routine?

Group power weight classes 4x/wk - skip every other day or so. Told not to do anymore.
Pilates Wed nights (I do have a Pilates DVD I can do on my own too)
Cardio doc told me to get at least 30mins/day. However had foot surgery May 22nd and that doc told me for now up to 20/30mins walking daily.
Not able to do step classes yet
Thinking of adding daily eliptical? or is that too much on the feet? What else is there? I tried the bike but dont really care for it.
 
eliptical is great for cardio w/o and I think low impact. My DH's ortho said he could do that, recumbant bike or swim for cardio w/o with doc's recommendation.

I love Pilates and definitely recommend that and/or Yoga too.

Don't forget to give your body a chance to recover as in one day of rest and I think mixing up the order of approach is always good so your body doesn't get used to one order.
 
It looks like you have a very busy schedule already. Be sure not to over do it. As for the elliptical, it's a great low impact workout.
