Beyonce keeps telling all the ladies to dip it, pop it, and TWORK it. What in the heck does "twork it" mean?

Anyone know? I've got an idea, but with some of these slang terms you never really know.

Well I did a Google search found what it means.

twork: When a girl shakes her butt against another girl or a man, pressing frimly.

Basically another word for grinding.

From what I can tell, dip it means to drop to the ground, then slowly raise up sticking your butt in the air.

Pop it is "a dance in which the butt is moved up and down, while both hands are on the knees."
