What does this mean?

From My Disney Experience terms page:

"At Family Style or Buffet locations Guest will only receive one meal, this will not be all-you-care-to-eat. Guests will be charged the regular buffet or all-you-care-to-eat price."

It sounds like they are reserving the right to limit buffet portions. That can't be correct, could it?

Taking a trip for my 50th birthday in June, first trip in 4 years.

That is in the section for kosher meals. If you want a kosher meal, you will only get 1 and it isn't all you care to eat. For the regular buffet you can have as much as you want.
