Khaki bottoms (shorts or pants), light blue oxford, and a white vest. I'd post pictures, but they're of my friend and I'm not sure how she'd feel about that.

oh theyre so easy to spot they are the people standing around waiting to give people things, and that person is never you

they wear blue and carry messanger bags. but it doesnt matter if you spot them. going up to them isnt going to get you something. infact you could talk to one for hours and still not be given something. they are instructed exactly who to give things to and when to do it.
