What does RST on the back of an admission ticket mean?

My friend has some leftover tickets and we're trying to figure out the coding; it says 1D TL/BB RST GS COMP. We're guessing that it means: 1 day Typhoon Lagoon/Blizzard Beach ? Guest Services Complimentary, since it was a complimentary ticket.

Any guesses to what the RST could mean? The ticket is from 2008.
