Do you mean "Don't Forget to Connect Your Disney Account! "? I think it is part of an initiative to bring together multiple parts of the Disney Eco-system. I received requests from my in-laws to connect my account to theirs to make future planning easier. I don't think everything is implemented for DCL yet, because we still just link reservations. I'm sure more stuff is coming.

I just noticed that today as well. I think it is new. We aren’t connected with other staterooms, so it was a bit weird to see.
