What do you know now, you wish you knew then????
I wish someone would have told me (or I had the common sence) to take a hat or visor, I'm not a hat person, but soon became one~! :earsgirl:
AND, ...BIG AND, taken some of those water bottle holders that go around your neck. While at walmart my husband saw those and said hey, those might come in handy, and of course I said, don't be silly, they look rediculas and it will just be one more thing to carry  !!!
:wave2:

Can you explain what the water bottle holders look like? I am not sure what you are referring to.

Thanks

Not sure if these are the same as Desi is referring to, but Target has insulated quart bottles with spouts, and they have a shoulder strap attached to the insulated part (the bottles can be removed). Best part is they're on clearance right now, less than $2. :D

A babysitter.... so I could have had more fun!!! ;)

The water bottle holder I'm talking about, is quite simple in design. As a matter of fact, I'm looking at my daughters pin lanyard, and it's exactly like that, except where the card holder is, there is a thick plastic ring to actually put the neck of the bottle in there. you can change out the water bottle easily. I have seen the ones at Target tho, and those would work also.

Disneyfan, I've been there before!! That's why we waited till ours were 20,16&14 to go!
Just drop 'em by in GA. on your way down. We'll keep 'em for you
:wave2:

Sounds good to me! She would stay with anyone! (Hey, do you have any hunting land nearby??? I could drop my dh off at the same time! :p I think he lives in GA, more than NC... ) You know, that really is a good idea....I always seem to have more fun on the girls-only trips! ;) )

I should have taken my water shoes, but I only packed the kids'. I really would have saved some wear and tear on my feet. As fun as Typhoon Lagoon was......it was hard on my feet walking around on concrete even for a few hours. My husband too would rather be hunting than at Disney. I don't get it!!

Bring any allergy medication anyone in your family takes...with all the lovely things in bloom, someone is bound to be allergic to something!

Also bring Immodium and anti-nauseant, like Pepto-bismol. IF you get food poisoning, flu or tummy trouble, you won't want to go to the drugstore, and hotel shop prices for these are astronomical (trust me, voice of experience...)

Desi - in which section of Walmart did you find the water bottle holders? I'd like to get one for our upcoming trip. Thanks:teeth: .

I checked all over at our Wal-Mart with no luck. I was told to go to sporting goods and the guy looked at me like I was from another planet

When I saw them last summer, they were in the sporting goods section. kinda with camping stuff. I went this weekend too, to look for them. No luck, I guess I'll wait till spring.
