There is effectively no dress code. When one sees grown men in cargo shorts and flip flops at CG, one quickly realizes that.
Disney once tried a "business casual" dress code. As you can see, it didn't take.
The rules are: men can't wear tank tops. Beyond that, no jeans for anyone that are really ripped up and torn - especially strategically, plus no swim suits and no t-shirts with objectionable words.
That's it. Everything else is okay.
