What do you usually have for breakfast?

I don't normally eat breakfast first thing but will often have a piece of fruit, like a banana, later on in the morning. I do like a few mugs of tea though!

Do you eat much or do you go without?
 
I have an addiction to Chik-fi-la sausage biscuits. Pick one up every morning after dropping DD off at school.
Hmmm.... maybe that is why I am not losing the weight I would like to. LOL
 
2 Wheat Bix with butter & a cup of warm or cold Milo depending on the weather.;)
 
I don't like "breakfasty" things - I work in a Yacht Club with a restaurant and usually take my dinner home with me -- that's usually what I have for breakfast (left over shrimp jambalaya or baked redfish with "crazy tomato sauce", as my chef calls it!) Sometimes I will have a Jimmy Dean Sausage biscuit and a diet coke (got to have my caffine, but don't drink coffee).
 

I don't eat breakfast (except late ones when we're on vacation).
 
At home I have a bagel or cornflakes and black coffee. On vacation, it's bacon,eggs and toast!
 
Usually just a bowl of cereal, a cup of coffee, and a glass of grape juice.
 
During the week I bring to work a bag of cereal (usually Frosted Mini-Wheats or Cinnamon Life) and I bring in a large mug of coffee.

Now, the weekends are another story . . .DH makes eggs & bagels on Saturday and on Sunday, we have pancakes . . :D
 
I'll have some oatmeal in a few minutes. :)
 
Mon-Fri a slim fast shake and some coffee (black). On the weekends, pizza or whatever is handy.;)
 
a slice of 12 grain light toast with a bit of reduced fat peanut butter on it and a glass of chocolate milk (I know, but I don't like the taste of plain milk) on my way in to work around 6:30 am.

Usually then around 8:30 I'll have maybe an apple, yogurt, or some oatmeal.

Then at 10:00 I have some whole wheat crackers...

I eat all day long, so it's just a day of continuous snacking!

I always have breakfast it's the most important meal of the day!

I have no 'usual' items...by most folks standards...today for example it was 7oz salmon in a pouch over a field greens salad with cuke, snow pea pods and cherry toms added to it.

I guess one breakfast menu that I do repeat with some frequency is a 4 oz eye of round steak, 6 egg beaters and 1 pc. whole grain toast :)
 
I HAVE to eat breakfast, or I'm not a happy camper! I usually have cereal, but if I'm in a hurry I'll just have a can of Slimfast. I have to have coffee too, of course!
 
If I don't have a toasted bagel, then it's a banana muffin. Once in a great while I will have a bowl of cereal.
 
This morning was a glass of apple juice and a bowl of Cap'n Crunch.
No 'adult' cereal in our home. :)

Sometimes it's toast with jam, or a bagle with a little cream cheese.
Once in a while I'll make myself a fluffy cheese omelet. :)
