We arrive at WDW this Saturday(!) :cool1::cool1: and have plans to have dinner at Nine Dragons that evening at 6:30pm. There will be 8 of us, 6 adults and 2 kids at least, that is what the original plan was. Then yesterday, my dad and his wife asked me if they could bring her 4 yr. old granddaughter along. (we live in WI, they live in Orlando and are visiting us at Epcot for the day) Of course, I said that was fine, but when I called to change the reservation, there wasn't ANY availability at Epcot for dinner except for a 9pm dinner at Tokyo Dining for a party our size. Obviously, that's not acceptable. So, my question is, what are the chances of us getting seated by just keeping our same Nine Dragons resv. and when we get there, tell them that we have a 4 yr. old with us now and she needs a spot? Last September, I was there during free dining, and we decided that it was too hot to eat around the world during the food and wine festival, so we walked up to Chefs de France at 1pm and got a seat within 10 min. Any chance it might be the same??

When we added on my DM for a recent trip, I called and asked about all the ressies I had made for a party of 3 that now needed to be a party of 4. They simply said to arrive at least 20 mins earlier and let the hostess/seater know and it would be fine. So perhaps just try getting there a bit earlier and let them know.

Good luck!

I would never eat at Nine Dragons again, the food was horrible.
