What do you think you inherited (non-monetarily) from your parents?

My mom's short temper and free spirit. My dad's stubborness and love for Disney.:earsgirl:

Never knew my dad so I don't know what I got from his side of the family.

From my mom I got a lot. My independence, my faith, my work ethic. She taught me many, many lessons in life. I miss her so much.

People say that physically I resememble my grandmother more than my mother. They were both wonderful woman and great role models.

Practicality, strong desire to help others and low vision.

I got my dad's athletic ability, and love of exercise. He's a swimmer too.:D

My moms compassionate and caring so hopefully I got that part from her.

I have no idea where I got my artistic ability from, neither of my parents are artists.:D

both- being frugal, they were both depression era

Dad-thinking i can fix anything myself

Good question . . . .

From both parents, we all inherited a love of literature and reading - one of the greatest gifts a parent can give a child.

From my dad, I got fierce determination and confidence.

From my mom, I got a love of laughter - including the ability to laugh at myself.

I definetly got my Mom's sense of humor and optimistic way at looking at life. :D

My dad's eyes and hands, mom's medical history  and her nose, my mom's mom's (maternal grandmother) body type. I think I'm more my dad's personality type than my mom's. :)

I never knew my mom, but relatives say I got her looks.

From my father I got my bad temper, and good work ethics.

I think I got more from my grandparents personally.
