What do you think the odds are of Free Dining in September 2006?

Looking at our budget, it's hard to see how we can get back to WDW next year. BUT, we already have the park tickets and if we were able to get free dining, I think I might just be able to save the rest of it in time. Given this year's hurricane season, I'm optimistically hoping WDW would offer free dining again. Any thoughts?
Thanks!

I think the chances are slim to none. Disney typically doesn't offer the same "wow" package each year. And since the hurricanes didn't hit FL as much as they did the gulf coast, Disney probably won't have to worry about that impact as much next year. Sorry, but I just think it's a long shot to see a repeat.

I agree. Disney offered the "4 nights +3 nights free" package a couple of years ago, and they haven't offered a deal like that since.

They did fill up the resturants with it. :Pinkbounc

I would have to say a big NO for free dining. We just returned from 5 nights at All Star MOvies with Free dining. It was a great trip, but I feel like I never stopped eating. The dining package is a ton of food. We totalled up our receipts, if we would have paid cash for the food, it was $857 for 3 adults. We ate at Chefs De France, Alfredos, Mama Melrose, Cindys for dinner, and the concourse steakhouse. We loved the Noodle bowl for lunch. I honestly think it's a great value for $35 per day, if you are a big eater, (and I think I am a big eater) but it's way too much food. I was never hungry. Based on the quantity of food, I am not sure I would ever consider buying the plan. But it sure was great to get it for free!

As much as I enjoyed the free dining, I would much rather have a September room discount for my 2006 trip. I want to stay at the Poly again! With no discounts, it might just be POFQ for me (still a good thing!) :)

for the dining plan to return for free. I loved our free dining, but it is an overeating experience. I would like to see heavy discounts on rooms rather than the free meals.
