What do you think the lowest price you could offer and get through ROFR?

I think there are a LOT of listings in the ranges mentioned above but the ones that are selling are about 10-20% lower than that. I am actively looking to add on and I am finding AKV, BWV and BCV for much less than you are posting here. However, I don't want to be ROFR'd (at BCV anyway) so I am cautious about the negotiations. As I said in my post, those are the figures I got for my contracts plus I sold most of my contracts with almost all the banked points from 2009.
