Last September we went to WDW between hurricanes. Although our trip had to be postponed a day (no one was flying into Orlando), we had the BEST vacation EVER! It was my fiance's first trip there in twelve years and his first trip without kids. I had been there many times but not in a decade or so.
But one thing I did remember was that it was important to plan ahead. So I had a spreadsheet going with our itinerary. He said he didn't want to know a thing, that I should plan it all. Well, I did, and we had a great time.
Matter of fact, we had such a great time, that although we had a cruise to Alaska planned for our wedding, we scrapped those plans and now we are getting married at the WL.
As an aside, when we were at WDW last Sept (between hurricanes) Disney was short-staffed. Or so they kept telling us. And they kept apologizing for that. But I have to say, we were very well taken care of. I'll tell you all about the very special service we got on another post. Because I am rambling here and let me get to the point....
Tell me what you think of this coming June's vacation plans....
Keep in mind we are on the old Gold Plan, since I made these reservations in the fall last year. This plan includes lodging, admissions, meals, water sports, etc etc...
