What do you say when someone near you sneezes?

My FIL sneezes at least twice a day and has never attempted to cover his nose in the two years he's lived with us. It's pretty interesting.....if there is room to run I'm outta there. If we're stuck in the car (which happens a lot) I'm too busy holding my breath to say anything!
