When I first started WW I bought some Nutella (chocolate hazelnut spread) I bought it figuring I would count my POINTS when I did eat it. I then found out that I would sneak in a big huge spoonfull everynight. So I have decided not to buy it anymore since I can't control myself.
On Thursday I bought a HUGE container of peanuts with some sort of sweet shell. Between me and DH we have eaten half of it. I kept sneaking a little handfull every now and then and then realized I am eating so much and not counting it. I will not buy those yummy peanuts anymore.
What foods do you NOT buy beacause you know you can't resist having enough to stay on plan?
