I am thinking about purchasing a rental home in Kissimmee and I wanted to turn to the experts when it comes to rentals.
If I could ask a few questions of those that rent homes, I would really apprecaite it.
#1. As a renter, what is the #1 thing that you look for in a home?
#2. Do you prefer a condo/townhome or home, and why?
#3. What ammenities are a must have in the community that you pick.
#4. What do you wish the rentals you have stayed in have had, that they did not?
#5. What things MUST the home have or you will not even look at it?
#6. What do you look for in an owner?
