What do you DO with all the photos you take on DCL of the characters?

Taking photos with the Disney Characters on the cruise ships, particularly wearing different outfits, is a new phenomena for me. Honest question, what do you DO with all the various photos? Christmas cards? Social Media? Just curious . . . . .

Our family has created keepsake photo books. We created around 8-10 cruise-specific books (trips) and then made duplicates (one for each child). We used a combination of my own photos and the ones from the Disney photo packages which have really nice dates and borders for some of them.

My Frame TV displays a lot of these.... most brands now offer these wall hugger displays that are designed to offer up different photo experiences.

Wife also tends to do a photo books with the cruise photos in general when most the family goes. She's big on having us dress up each evening and take advantage of all the backdrops they have each night.

We do photo books for each cruise, and then the balance get downloaded into our photo album dump for the trip (these rotate through our Apple photos on phones/ipads/tv etc)

I keep meaning to get one of those frames that holds a bunch of pictures and then pick the best ones for the frame. I’ve been meaning to do this for about three years now.

Social media and typically a print out book and calendar. I’ve stopped doing professional shoots that we used to and instead just do Disney for all pics lol

I end up deleting them because I take so many that are nearly the same!

I put the best one up on Facebook for my Mom and other relatives to see as they enjoy that. Then they end up taking up space on our synology... I am a digital hoarder.

One or two are framed. But I don't take that many. When kids were younger I made photo books and had some framed in their rooms.

I make a family calendar annually that we have for home and office and also give to grandparents as gifts- Disney trips typically get a page in there. Also social media and we have some collage picture frames around out home that I swap new pictures into a couple of times a year as well. We have also given grandparents skylight photo frames for their homes- so we can easily just upload new pictures for them from anywhere. Its a really cool gift and then they always have new photos of their kids and grandkids.
