Hi
I haven't been on this wish board for probably 2 years now. I'll give you some backround.
About 4 years ago I joined weight watchers and lost 65 pounds (took me about 14 months). I was so happy! I went to the gym about 3 times a week and religiously went to WW meetings every Friday morning. Well 2 years ago I started working again(now that the kids were both in school full time) and this has just done no good for my weight. No more meetings and gym workouts. Needless to say I have put about 25 pounds back on and I'm just disgusted.
Well I went back to the gym this week and I just got back from a workout this morning. I feel so good right now but am worried I'll lose my motivation.
I get home from the gym and my husband asks me if I want to go out to eat tonight. It's a Mexican restaurant. Not exactly low fat!
So anyway how do you stay motivated? All tips appreciated!

I also look at pictures of me "before" and remind myself that it's somewhere I DO NOT want to go to again. I try to visualize myself at where I want to be - how I want to look, the clothes I want to wear, etc and that encourages me as well.
