What do you do to get the kids excited about vacation?

Just curious what everyone does to get their kids excited about vacation. My kids are pretty excited from the time we book and beyond but as it gets closer I like to play the "theme park singalong" and make a count down poster.

What do you do?

I used to post a countdown on our refridge. Every day my kids would take off a sheet with the number of days left to go.

We would also watch old videos/photo albums from previous trips. I was constantly on these boards telling them things to look forward to - showing them pictures.

They are teens now, so nothing gets them too motivated... It's been 3 years since our last trip (and we had gone every year for about 5 in a row), but as they get older - it's a different kind of magic.

I find that looking at pictures from previous trips works well. I think I am going to make a DVD of all the past trips that show the change in ages. I think the kids will like looking at the old photos of themselves over the years at the same spots in Disney.
