Hi all :wave2:
Just got back from Our first WDW trip on Tuesday, we had a fab time WDW is fantastic, but so busy and very tiring.
It will be a few years till we can go again.
Will need a disney trip next year so have been looking at going next march with the 30 percent off do you think this is a good deal ?.:confused3. Do you think I could book one of the cheaper hotels then upgrade later if a better offer comes up.
Really need a new ticker ;).

To be honest I would skip March and go later in the year, there are just too many refurbishments going on in DLP in March.

I did not know that next years prices had been released yet but 30% off is a good starting point but as it's a year away and I would wait until another offer comes along, we are bound to see more later this year. But if you do want to book now, book by phone and just pay the deposit and then upgrade when an offer comes along. Lots of us do it that way.

I booked under the 2 nights, 2 days free offer and then up graded when the 40% offer came along. Well I did not actually up grade, I just moved my room from one part of the hotel to the other and the price came down.

I don't think 30% off is a good deal, when for the last 3 years running DLP have offered 2 nights free on a 4-night or longer stay onsite for the period January to March.

I just priced up the trip I'm doing next week with next years prices and it comes out at £1,064.00 that is for two adults at the Santa Fe for six nights, seven days. I only paid £586 for this years trip.

Thanks, we have been 7 times in march and no the weather/ ride closure can be a bit hit and miss but my DH has said he will go with me and the twins for the very first time he doesn't really do disney or crowds so I thought march would be good not much queuing.I thought we could do 3/4 nights in disney the go to paris for the same. 3 nights Cheyenne 523 4 nights 698. Sequoia 3 nights 729 4 nights 923. Hny 3 nights 883 4 nights 1121.
What did yo pay for your trips what offers ? Just so I have a rough guide.
Will book with Eurostar direct as soon as tickets come out so no they will be as cheap as I can get.

yes, when I was pricing up my trip (4 nights, 5 days) 2 adults and free kids under 12 was around £350 (I was one adult and one free child and paid £267 for the same deal).

This is a similar price to the same deal that I booked for March 2011, and you could get the same 2 nights free in Jan-March 2012 too as I recall.

I booked in May 2012 under the 2 nights, 2 days free offer for a Rio Grande room at the Santa Fe for £706. Then when the flash sale in November was launched I moved my room from the Rio Grande to an Eldorado room to get a further discount which brought the price down to £586.

Then a few days later while flash sale was still running I moved my booking back to a Rio Grande room.

Wait then.
Will just have to come on here everyday for my disney fix .

Thought about a cruise around the Mediterranean? The Disney Magic is sailing around the Mediterranean again next year.

We paid £354 (winter wonderland offer?) for 2 nights at the Santa Fe for this March, 2 adults, 1 child, 1 infant. Same dates for next year is £394 which apparently includes 30% off.

Our March 2011 trip was 2 nights at Santa Fe, half board standard and eurostar for 2 adults, 1 child and was £550 in total. All through Disney direct, I think they had some sort of offer on the travel!
