What do ticket sellers get classified as for credit card purposes?

I have a credit card that is offering a promotion where I get a bonus if I spend a certain amount per month on "travel". Undercover Tourist is a common Disney ticket reseller, but my question is what is their MCC (merchant classification code) when charges from them post on your credit card statement? ( The card in question is issued by CitiBank) I did call to ask someone at UT and they had no idea what I was talking about--they said it would be listed as "travel" which is a broad category that has many individual MCC codes under it.

The reason it makes a difference is if they are not classified as a "travel agency" or "amusement park" is that I will just use an airline credit card and get the miles.

Anybody have any info on this? Thanks in advance for any help!

I bought my tickets from Working Advantage (work discount program), and it posted to my Chase card as Entertainment. I know it's not the same card issuer or company but it might be the same for your situation.

I purchase Disney tickets from Tickets at Work with my chase sapphire card and they’re coded as travel.

We purchased a WDW ticket from undercover tourist in December 2022 on a Chase SW airlines Visa and it appeared as travel in our year end summary.

Apologies for bumping an old thread. How recently did your Sapphire code travel for Tickets at Work?

Trying to decide whether to use Sapphire for 3x on travel or 2% all day card and I'm seeing conflicting reports for how Tickets at Work codes.

Thanks for posting this. I just did some investigating.,It looks like in September, I purchased Disneyland tickets through Undercover Tourist and they coded as Travel. A Tickets at Work WDW ticket purchase coded in February as “entertainment.”
