What do the changes in AP Room Rates and Limitations Mean for DVC Point Rental?

I assume that more and more people will want to rent DVC points rather than go through the hassle of a non-refundable deposit with an AP rate that can only be booked 120 days in advance. I wonder if this will mean a final increase in point value.

What does everyone else think?

I would think the full occupancy in the resorts and the rise in the cost of points would have a greater effect on the rental price of points. Room discounts have come and gone since I've been going to WDW. If the 120 day thing is a hassle, time comes into play for renting points, and some contracts are at least partly non-refundable for rentals too.
