What do I say to Bell Services?

This Saturday we are leaving for our vacation. We have AKL booked Dec 1-5 then switching to CSR Dec 5-9. We are going to allow bell services to pick up our luggage and transfer it to CSR.

My question is when do I call them and what do I say about transferring our luggage. I know that the bell services button is on the phone, but do I just call and say "Hey, transfer our luggage to CSR please?" Doesn't seem like that is the way to go about it. Please someone let me know...

I have done it a couple of times. You pretty much have it right. I just told them where I needed it to be and gave them my reservation number. Went to the parks for the day and when I showed up at the other resort there it was. My only suggestion would be to allow a good amount of time for them to get it from one to the other.

We found it easier to just stop by the bell desk and ask them what the procedure was. For OKW to BCV we were told to call the night before and arrange for a time for them to come to our room and pick up the luggage. Once they arrive they will fill out a luggage tag with your instructions (name, resort name). Gave them their tip and they took our bags. When we arrived at the BCV and got our room assignment, we called bell service and they delivered our bags within 10 minutes. We had 12 bags so this was a great service and the $20 tip each for both ends was well worth it!! (We actually had 2 rental cars, but we just didn't want to store the luggage in our cars all day while waiting for our room at the BCV to be ready.)

With Bell Services you need to be in the room when they come by. You can't just call them and have them handle it while you are out.
