What do I need to obtain an EMH wristband

Do we need to show our room key (staying at S/D) along with our park tickets to obtain our EMH bracelets? Are they available at the gate or only in the locations within the park? We'll be doing EMH at Epcot one night and wondering if we can get them at the International Gateway or if we need to go the spot between FW and WS like last year.

they will scan your room key and put a wristband on you, you can get the wristband up to 2 hours before the park closes there are several different locations, I don't remember where the ones at Epcot are. Make sure you get the info sheet on what's open and show times. sometimes they forget to hand them out. It was useful because one night several of the rides that is usual open was closed and they added something in its place.

We did Epcot EMH this past February and the bracelet station was up at the top of the hill/bridge after you walk through the turnstyles at the International Gateway. They had some other locations throughout the park, but I didn't pay too much attention because we had already gotten ours.

Be prepared.....we found the nighttime EPCOT EMH to be the most insanely crowded of them all. There's lots of stuff to do in Epcot without the bracelets, so the crowds didn't thin out until after 11:00/11:30 PM or so. Even then, the few gift shops that were still open at closing were packed!

We still had fun, though.....just wanted to let you know what you might be in for....
