What do I expect at checkin w/ a BW grand villa?

What is the protocal to follow if you and 11 others are staying at the BW grand villa and arriving at different times.

Does everyone check-in?

What do you do if your family wants to split their time at the GV - I am assuming those leaving are required to check out and then the new arriving guests check in.

Is this possible?

There may be another way, but I would suggest that you check-in to the GV and request however many keys/IDs you'll need and also establish which ones will also be able to charge back to the room. You can then arrange to meet your guests and distribute the keys as they arrive.

If you'd like your guests to be registered at the desk for phone calls, then you'll need to make arrangements to change the names as the guests change. If that's not necessary, you can just collect the keys from the first guests and give them to the next group as they arrive.

You could add their names to the reservation and they could go through the front desk. That way you wouldn't need to be there to greet them and you could be off enjoying yourself.
