You can usually find it in sporting goods stores like Dick's. And, even though I have never tried it, I have heard that solid deoderant does the same thing.

I found some at Dick's on one of those vertical runner thingys they have at the ends of aisle. You know that they hang stuff on??? No idea what they're called.... anyway they were near the sports equipment (i.e. lacrosse/football stuff etc)

I know alot of people like to be at the gates at rope drop so they can beat the crowds. But I am not exactley an early riser. The best tip anyone ever gave me and I have passed it on to those I know is this. If you don't need to go to the parades go on the rides at that time. The wait time is practically non existent you can almost walk right onto some of the most popular rides.

We have found to get cargo shorts or pants..that way no having to go thru security..also coozies with clips to clip on your belt loops. We had to empty our pockets to do the virtual ride at Epcot and the CM couldnt beleive what were in our pockets....2 cameras..1 movie camera...bandaids...aspirin...ponchos (looked like rain that day)....ziplock bags...crystal light drink packs to add to water....money..wallet...tickets..room key....gum..mints....a pocket knife...and I am sure some other things..it was so funny..he said he wanted to come with us next time!!!! Also a thin wind breaker was in large leg pocket.

Sounds like us! Me and my DH both wear cargo shorts and we have plenty of room....even with a 6 yr old!

Buy a scrapbook. Save your tickets, the daily flyers from the parks, the parking passes, restaurant menus, magazines, newapapers, etc. When you get home, have your kids help you put it all together. We were in Disney on 9/11, and we have an amazing scrapbook from that trip.

Yes , I've used "Sure" stick deoderant when I needed to prevent chafing and it works very well !

Mine, I've actually got from a couple of posters here on the Dis!

1) For souvenirs, I got each of my girls a Disney gift card with the money that they've saved for the trip. That way, we don't hear "mommy I want this" as often as we might have. They have their own money and yes, we still might buy them one or two things, but it's actually saved us money.

Wow, there are a lot of great tips on here.

Here are a few tips we use:

We ship a box of supplies to the resort. It was cheaper than paying an extra $25 to bring another suitcase on the flight. When we arrived a CM brought the box to our room.

We order groceries (water, milk, cereal, snacks) from gardengrocer.com. When we arrived at the resort a CM brought the box to our room.

The last time we went our youngest was 7 months old. We purchased a Maclaren umbrella stroller. It has a shade top, it reclines, has a small basket on the bottom, and has a rain cover. We added the Maclaren bag to it for even more storage. It ended up costing the same as if we had rented a stroller every day we were there and we got to take it home with it.

We purchase small Disney gifts for the kids ahead of time. When we get on the plane I give each of them a Disney treat bag filled with Disney coloring pages, crayons, Disney word search, Disney playing cards, etc. It keeps them entertained during the flight. Then each night while they are sleeping, Mickey (similar to the tooth fairly) leaves a small treat for each child. The kids love this. They feel so special that Mickey left them something. It also helps with them asking for something new each day since they already got a little something that morning. It saves us a lot of money.

This might not always be the case. I know my parents shipped a box down this spring and it cost $30-40. I am not sure if that included the cost of buying the box. Plus, since we were at a convention resort, there was a fee associated with claiming it (and you had to go down to the convention area to do so), and a tip for the CM who helped to bring it to the room.

May I suggest a flat rate box? I shipped us one last year at our hotel, and about an hour after I checked in it appeared at my door. It was fantastic. And it was only 14 bucks through the USPS. Much cheaper than the 25 bucks each way for a suitcase

Well, the large flat rate box ($14.50) is only 12" x 12" x 5-1/ 2". I think I have more than that in my purse! Rather than pay $14.50 to ship that, I'd probably just throw it in a backpack and carry it on. The box my parents shipped was bigger than an Owners' Locker.
