What restaurants on property have Pre-Fix Meals like Chefs De France that the DDP can be used on?

The ones that I can think of are:

Nine Dragons
Le Cellier (Lunch only)
San Angel Inn

Limited-choice fixed price meals that include app, entree, beverage & dessert for 1 TS credit are also available at Kona (Poly) and Captain's Grill (YC). There is also a 'Royal Feast' option at Marrakesh (Epcot-Morocco) but I believe there is an additional charge of about $5 for it along with the 1-TS credit.
