What did you want to be when you were little?

My youngest DD is 3, and all she ever wants to be when she grows up is a Kitty Cat. She walks around the house on all 4s meowing all the time. I ask her what she wants for Christmas, and she says "To be a kitty cat." :cutie::lmao:

What about you? Did you ever want to be something funny/cute like a princess, or a ninja, or cat?

My youngest brother wanted to be a purple cat when he grew up. He has always been a little strange though :rotfl:.

My mom tells me when I was 2 I wanted to be a daddy when I grew up. As far as I can remember I went from architect to chef a lot and then finally at 22 decided what I wanted to be when I grew up, in computers.

When I was little I want be weatherman, computer science engineer, and Black lion on Voltron.

I went to school for computers and got my degree. Now only if can get a job in computers now.

Everyone told when I was little that should be a teacher. That what I am now a Pre-K Teacher.

I wanted to be a dolphin trainer and I still do. DD6 wants to be a singer and DS3 wants to be Iron Man.

All I ever wanted to be was a mother. I didn't necessarily want to get married. When I graduated (1974) a lot of girls in south Alabama got married or went to work as secretaries. I was one of 2 girls who went to college. I got a degree in nursing so I could support myself and eventually my family. And then I fell in love! :lovestruc

It was a difficult road and it took awhile, but I have 3 kids. The only regret I ever had is that we stopped at 3. :hippie

ETA: I just retired from nursing last spring after 32 years of nursing. Nursing was good to me and it allowed me to contribute to the upkeep of my family.

I wanted to be a zoologists. Right now I really want to be a show writing Imagineer. Im working hard to make sure I do become one.

A wife and mother. Now that I've accomplished that..........what do I do?

I wanted to be a wife and mommy. I'm married, but kids have not "happened" for us. (Yet, I hope...) Now, I'm a 2nd grade teacher.
