We went three days this summer but I still didn't get to things I wanted to.

I missed...

1) the robot demonstration at Innovations
2) the animation building
3) the Aladdin show
4) the tortilla factory
5) Billy Hill and the Hillbillies

Probably a few others I can't think of right now. I blame my boys- :rotfl: they wanted to go on the Matterhorn fifty zillion times! Talk about a headache ride! :headache: We tried letting them go off on their own for awhile but it didn't happen as much as I would have liked, mostly due to the earthquake. I am looking forward to just DH and I going for our 20th!

So, what did you miss that you wanted to get to? Will you be sure to get to it next time?

I missed:

Billy Hill
Playhouse Disney (refurb)
Bug's Life area
ToT
Splash Mountain (it was closed when we finally decided to go on it)
Mark Twain
Fantasmic
Innovations
IASW (refurb)
Indian Jones
GRR (too cold for everyone else I was with)

... wow the list is longer than I thought.

I missed:

Pirate's Lair
Animation Building in DCA (didn't even see it!)
All of A Bug's Land
Innoventions
King Triton's Carousel
Storybookland Canal Boats
Alice In Wonderland
Teacups
Star Tours (no one I know will go on it anymore!)

When DD12 was sick our first trip, we had to miss a lot from staying with her in the room. I missed:

Pirate's Lair
Star Tours
Matterhorn
Snow White
Storybook Land Canal Boats
Billy Hill
Mark Twain Riverboat
Maliboomer
Parade of Dreams
Pixar Play Parade
Animation Studios

DD missed all of the above plus:
All of FantasyLand except Nemo
Screamin'
ToT
Mulholland Madness

There's other stuff we missed, but it was deliberate... I don't want to go on the teacups  But DD13 is making me. She says it's a classic, and she's promised to go on Screamin' with me if I'll go on Teacups.

Indiana Jones, it was down when I went to ride it. Small World wasn't open.

The electrical parade.....gosh, I love that parade!! I also wanted to Indy but we just didn't get an opportunity.

When my daughter and I went in July we missed:

1. Fantasmic (too crowded and too tired to deal with crowds)
2. Innoventions
3. Pirates Lair
4. Blue Bayou
5. Billy Hill

And many other little things that I've read about it here that I'm looking forward to seeing next time we go.

We missed last October and definitely want to fit in this next time...

1) Pirates Lair
2) Red Creek Challenge Trail (I think that's what it's called)
3) Star Wars show
4) Tiki room (seen a few times but it's been a couple years)
5) Billy Hill and Hillbillies

and these will be closed which we're bummed about since we missed them last year...

6) Aladdin
7) Fantasmic!

We've seen them before but it's been a few years.

I miss it every trip, missed it every trip when it was Tom Sawyer Island. My DD8 has ZERO interest, and it seems a pretty hefty use of time to cater to Mom!!!

I'll bet she would love climbing through the caves, across the bridge, and up the tree house. She probably just doesn't know what is there. I say drag her. :rotfl:

We also missed Toon Town entirely last trip, but something had to give. I was amazed we could talk our teen into going on the FL rides the last night of our visit.

And we missed Fatasmic and fireworks. Had seen them the time before and rides were our priority this time.

I missed Tower of Terror So sad!! Long story short... daughter was too scared and rest of family went at the end of the night when I couldn't do the kid switch thing. Love that ride. Oh well... next time (in a few years... boo hoo!!! :sad2:) The kids really loved Pirates Lair though... played for a very long time!! Oh, and I discovered the love of California Screaming this time. Woo hoo!!!

I missed

-Aladdin (so sad about this cause I thought I'd be able to see it when I go at the end of Sept.)
-Tower of Terror

Thank goodness my mom and I got fantasmic tickets and had "almost" the best seat there was to have since it will be down when I go this time around!

We were there in Oct of 06 and we missed a lot, but most specifically:
the carousal
All of Toon Town (and we had really little kids, don't know how that happened:confused3 )
Autotopia (had we gone to that we probably would've ran into Toon Town)
The Brother Bears playground thing :cutie: over in DCA
Tom Sawyer's Island-my two oldest boys are now 9 and 7 and are very excited to go over to it on our next trip. Me too if I'm being truthful :rotfl:
Matterhorn-it was my third trip to DL and all 3 times this ride has been closed. Can't wait for Nov just so I can finally ride it!!!
I know we missed so much more, but those are the ones I am making a point of hitting in 2 months. Can't wait :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

We missed the HM. They said it was down because so ghost were throwing a really ruckus party lol. We also missed SM one last time but we were more bummed out about the HM.

I think it would be easier to list what rides we went on instead of what we missed

October 6/7 2007
We SAW:
Peter Pan
Snow White
Dumbo
Tea Cups
Auto Topia
Finding Nemo
Pirates
Winnie the Pooh
PFF
Parade of Dreams
Fireworks
Fantasmic
King Aurther's Carousel
Toon Town
Train around DL

As you can see we missed A LOT!! :scared1: We did not get to spend 2 full days there. More like 1.5. It was very busy and we knew nothing about fast pass (of course DD couldn't go on those rides anyway and we didn't want to go if she couldn't). So we plan on seeing much more next time around if that is possible. (We have mom and dad with us and mom's health isn't too good. we will see how it goes) :thumbsup2
