What did you get during the Year of the Million Dreams Giveaway?

We got free french fries at Fairfax Fries on one trip and then in October we got Dream Fastpasses twice. The first one was at DHS, we were killing time waiting for our fastpass window for TSM. Wondered into One Man's Dream and there they were. The second time was on our last day, we had eaten at CP before rope drop and had rode BTMRR first. We saw a dream team member at the exit when we left the station on the ride, crossed our fingers and sure enough as we exited we got the Dream Fastpass.

Our mission that day was to ride all the FP rides (except Stitch) before we had to leave for the airport (11:30am). We did it - we could have done it without the FP as it was just not that busy.

We didn't "win" anything in either one of our 2 trips, but my then 4 year old was made into a honorary "fairy godmother" for the day. We were in one of the stores on Main St looking at princess costumes and we were approached by 3 employees. They made her feel so special when they gave her a wand and put together an outfit on the manequin in front of a ton of people walking on Main St....and they gave her a certificate so we would never forget it!
So cute!

We unfortunately didn't win anything, but my parents wound up winning pin and lanyard sets on their trip, which they kindly gave to me, since I collect pins.

we are in the zip, nada, nothing crowd.

We barely missed fast passes twice - once at haunted mansion, and once in Animal Kingdom by safari.

2 Tink pin sets
Lots of stickers and tattoos for the kids
2 short DVD from Playhouse disney

I got a 10 day vacation with my family...no wait I paid for that.

OK...wait I got to spend 10 days in the sunshine in Florida instead of shovelling snow in Canada.

That was about it for me.

I was at WDW a lot - I don't even know how many times I visited - but didn't win anything either! Oh well.

First, we got a trip. The trip of a lifetime and we are so thankful for that!!!

It was a Make A Wish trip. Not an official "dream"...but a dream for us in the YOAMD!

Second: Mickey made Lauren a "Princess for the Day" and William was made an "Honorary Mousekeeter," too! A completely magical moment for the whole family!!!

Third: They moved the parade for us! :rotfl2: It was raining, thundering and lightening and we told the kids that we were at the end of the parade route. Turned out, we were at the beginning, and didn't know it! The CM that told Lauren's dad found out that Lauren was on a Wish Trip and gave the whole family buttons that said "Congratulations!!" and told the whole family and all the people around us that the parade was being turned around so that it would come to us first! :rotfl: The kids STILL think it was moved for them!

Here is a picture of our group (minus her Mom, camera shy!) and the awesome CM that thought to do this for us! :)

We made 6 trips during the promotion and we got dream fastpasses once. The bad part of this was we got them on a trip where the kids weren't with us. So I was dissappointed that my DS's didn't get the experience.

She is the most beautiful little girl I've seen in a long time. What a cutie!

She is a beautiful girl, both inside and out!

And she was as happy as she has ever been that day! It shows, too! I love that picture! No hospitals...no IV's...everything is accessible...no crummy homework that takes forever... just having FUN!!!! (This is at Give Kids the World, by the way!)

We won a coupon for a free 5x7 photopass picture. That is all in over 100 visits to the parks. :( I wasn't expecting anything but I sure wasn't overwhelmed with freebies. All I wanted was the Dreams Ears. My daughter bought the hat for me on Ebay.

After 4-5 trips during YOMD, I got nothing. Oh well, maybe next time. Ugh. :(

We won Dream Fast Passes at Animal Kingdom in May 2007

We also won Dream Fast Passes for California Adventure & Disneyland in Oct 2008

After 3 trips to WDW we did not get anything. We were disappointed a little. We went once do Disneyland and we got a set of lanyard and pins one day and fastpasses the next day. So at least we got that.

Nothing, not a thing during 2 week long trips. We saw people getting Ears while getting off Soaring, people next to us while waiting for Crush got stuff, etc. Always so close, but never us. I really didn't care, but it's awfully hard to explain to a 8/9 year old why she can't have blue Mickey ears.....:sad2: I really hated that promotion, I'm so glad it's finally over.

We were there three times and didn't win anything...bummer! We saw a lot of families with the dream passes this past December and kept hoping it would be us but no luck. Oh well. That is awesome that some of you have won multiple times! We should have went with you:) Lol
