If you just got her a few days ago and she's already willing to unroll in your hand that's a good sign. Mine took a lot longer to get to that point. She still turned out to be a sweetie, though.

Yeah she's overall really friendly. She's just so pissy right now! Once we get her out and in our hands she chills out a little. But damn those quills hurt when they puff!

Your hands will become numb to them eventually and you'll be able to hold her no matter what kind of mood she's in... And everyone else will be in awe of your hedgehog-holding superpowers. Which is good, because you'll definitely need to be able to handle your emotional support animal.

We don't observe Valentine's Day because we were married 6 days later on DH's Birthday (44th Anniversary coming up). We honeymooned in Niagara Falls, Ontario, and go back for the wk-end every year.

This year (next wk-end) we are taking our 8 yr old Dgs, and spending 2 days at the Niagara Fallsview Waterpark/Resort. Should be fun! I'll be spending most of my time at the artificial beach area when my 2 darling men are on the waterslides.

The first time I read this, I saw "dogs" instead of "Dgs" and really wanted to come see your dogs on the waterslides.
