What days can I watch Fantasmic show in September and October?

It's said the show is not on every day. How would I know its schedule when planning?

Where are you reading that it's not every day? As far as I know, it is.

I don't know why the website says "select nights", but here are links to calendars that show that it's running every night (and they are official calendars - each page says The Walt Disney Company at the bottom):
