What day to go to IOA week of 9/8 - 9/9?

Hi there! I am hoping to get some advice on the above from the Universal experts. We have one day to be able to go to IOA & I would love to go on Monday, but I am not sure because I have read that Mondays can be pretty crowded. Please let me know if Mondays would be okay crowd wise & if Mondays are too crowded, what the next best day would be. Thanks so much for your help!!

I am actually looking for the best day to go 9/8 - 9/13. Sorry for the confusion.

Stay away from 9/8 since it's Rock The Universe at the Studios and CityWalk will be jammed that night! Really any other day would be fine. Sundays are usually slower but Tuesdays through Thursdays are good too.
