What day do you usually check out of your DVC unit

I saw a post on what day you usually check in to your DVC. I was wondering what day everyone usualy checks out. I Ususlly check in on Sunday or Monday and out on Friday.

While we usually check in on a Sunday, we usually check out on a Wednesday after a 10 night stay.

Right now we stay for a week at a time. The past 2 visits have been Sat-Sat so it's easier on my kids and school.

I'm interested to see what this poll will show. I know it doesn't have the respondents yet that the other poll does, but I am surprised that as of the time I am writing this, there have been zero votes for Thursday departure.

I see many people posting about doing Sun-Thurs, so checking out on Thursdays, to save on weekend points.

Staying Sun-Thurs means you checkout on Friday. That is a five night stay that avoids weekend points (checkin on Sunday; checkout on Friday)

Mike - Boy, I had a DUH moment there. Sorry for the crazy mistake. So the Friday checkouts would be the ones that would be for the Sun-Thurs. people. Just has a minor brain fart there.

I can't really vote. On my trips this past year I checked out on a friday, twice on a saturday and twice on a monday.

For our upcoming summer trip, we elected to do the check-in Sunday, check-out Friday to also avoid using the weekend points.

I've only been there twice - both time Wednesdays.
I find that Wednesdays offer me the best airfares and since my kids are not in school yet, we make it work.

Stretching points here, so we stay Sunday to Friday am, and move to a hotel, often Disney, sometimes off-site or Universal for the weekend.

Typically Sun - Thur for us. Gotta use those points wisely.

Before DVC we always tried to cram in Saturday thru Saturday vacations. Now we do Sunday-Thursday to avoid the weekend points....it's amazing how much more relaxing it is knowing I still have a couple of days off before returning to work. I used to dread my last day away because of the quick turn around. We do look for that late Friday flight though....it's like an extra day at Disney!
