What day do I call Member services to change my split stay into one resort stay? (M)

Right now, I have two separate reservations for my upcoming trip. I booked 3 nights at BLT and 4 nights at BCV. I want to stay all nights at BLT. So, should I call at the start of my 4 nights at 7 month mark or the 3 night? I was thinking at the start of my 4 nights. Is that right?

Assuming you are not using home resort points, you are correct that to rebook the 4 night stay at BLT, you call 7 months before the first day of that stay. -- Suzanne

You did the right thing by booking home resorts at 11 months... that way you have accomodations when you want... then change at 7 months. Always keep in mind, not to book more points at 11 months than you will need for what you want at 7 months.

The dumb thing I did was that I should have booked BCV for 4 nights at the start of the trip and then, BLT for 3 nights. So, I could have called on Friday. Instead I have to call on Monday and I'll be in Hawaii which means I have to get up at 4 am to make that call. UGH.... Oh, well... next time I'll make sure I plan this better.

Yes, I was going to borrow but then I thought no way because I have extra BCV points to use. So, I figure I'd wait it out. I just might have to be flexible with my view. But I can live with that.

Yes, definitely, but unfortunately, my call in dates would have been either Friday or Monday.
