August 11th and I'm not sure yet where I'm staying. I want Chatham but would be interested in seeing what Patterson looks like! But Vista I've kind of counted out.

Patterson is across the street from Chatham.


I have heard it should be ready to open in May.

The only thing I really know about it, is that it will be smaller then Vista and Chatham.

Ok so if you do not already get it.....i hate waiting and wondering if paterson court will be open....so i just e-mailied disney, so when i get an answer i will post it!

Greetings Tyler,

Unfortunately at this time we do not have an official opening date set.
However, there is a good chance Patterson Court will be open for the
Fall Advantage & Fall Programs. We also do not predetermine room
assignments so any request you may have will have to wait until
check-in. At that time, you can ask and depending upon availability will
determine the outcome.

I think it really comes down to your personal preference. Also, Chatham is pretty quiet.

I do hope that Patterson is open in May though.
